You don't come here to create a better home.

You come here to recognise yourself more fully. And maybe to encounter some magick along the way.

Haus Hexe is a place for women who sense that there is more to homeing than finding the right sofa, following the right routine or becoming the supposedly better version of themselves.

This is where I explore the architecture of homeing - the relationship between our inner and outer rooms, the spaces we inhabit, and the ways they reveal who we are, what we need, and where we may have become disconnected from ourselves, our home and the seasons.

Because sometimes that pesky thing that feels like a problem is not something that needs fixing at all. Sometimes it is a signal asking to be understood. 

Here, recognition has a front row seat. Resurrection and reweaving are sofa companions. Eventually, reweaving will ask you to leave that sofa.

Homeing

I believe our homes tell the truth.

Long before you step over your threshold your home is giving you clues, signs and symbols worth paying attention to. Once inside, the rooms begin to speak.

Our homes have patterns, personalities - archetypal signatures - of their own. The architecture of a home and the architecture of the person living within it are in constant conversation with one another.

And sometimes the most honest answer is not to rearrange the furniture, but to admit that it is time to rehome.

This is homeing: the ongoing, living art of curating a home that can hold who you actually are, and help you understand the conversation between you and the place you inhabit.

Archetypes

Archetypes give us a language for recognition.

They are not personality labels to wear, nor are they exercises in self-invention. They are recognisable, universal patterns that allow what we have often sensed but couldn't quite name to come into focus. Archetypes apply to us personally, our homes, the seasons, and the many forms life takes.

The archetypes do not tell you who you should become.

They help you recognise who is already there. From that understanding I have created the „Core Life Archetype Matrix“. No 33-question quiz required.

Seasons

As the wheel of the year turns, so does our life. Our energy and needs change. 

There is something wonderfully energising about allowing ourselves to live with these natural seasonal rhythms rather than constantly trying to outrun them. We would be wise to work with the seasons and their individual months as archetypal forces, not simply as changes in weather.

House Readings

Perhaps you want someone to actually walk through the house with you to translate what it has been quietly trying to tell you.

A House Reading, offered online or on location, is an archetypal reading of the place you inhabit: its surroundings, rooms, patterns of depletion, resistance and possibility - and its relationship to your own personal architecture.

And we do get to enjoy a cup of lavender tea together. Perhaps even a glass of prosecco, if it’s that time of day.

AND THEN THERE IS THE MAGICK.

Not the kind that promises to manifest your dream life if you only think the right thoughts. 

Something much older. Ancient even.

The magick of observation.

Of making meaning from the ordinary.

Of lighting the fire.

Of gathering things you love without apologising for loving them.

Of making a home that does not perform for the outside world, but actually holds your life from within.

This is the territory I call Haus Hexe.

And perhaps, while meandering through these rooms, you may recognise a woman you didn't know had a name.

The Holy Hedonista.

But you don't have to know who she is before you come in.

You may simply recognise her when you meet her.

Read an essay. Follow a thread. Sit on the bench outside. Or pull up a chair.

The Salon is where I gather the women who would like Haus Hexe to arrive in their inbox - thoughts, essays, seasonal observations and new things taking shape here.

It is free, and it is deliberately not a sales funnel disguised as friendship.

And for those who eventually want to go deeper, there will be an Inner Chamber  - a quieter, more intimate place for the work that asks for more time and attention.
